About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute LINGA's product vision
- Lead PNC LINGA's transformation into an AI-enabled product organization
- Own strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management for POS, Payments, Customer Engagement, Hardware, Data, Integrations, and Platform Services
- Sponsor and embed Artificial Intelligence across LINGA products and product-development workflows
- Accelerate product adoption, utilization, retention, and merchant lifetime value
- Support P&L through product innovation and monetization strategies
- Establish LINGA as a competitive AI commerce platform
- Improve roadmap predictability, delivery velocity, software quality, and reliability
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Customer Success
- Lead product managers and product delivery functions
- Prioritize features, enhancements, technical debt, and compliance requirements
- Own software release governance and product lifecycle management
- Build a high-performance product organization and develop future product leaders
- Manage end-to-end business and financial results for multiple product sets
- Present initiatives for senior-management buy-in and manage delivery against time, budget, and strategic goals
- Monitor competitors and industry product and technology trends
- Lead teams translating concepts into new or improved products and resolve complex operational problems
- Evaluate product-development projects for feasibility and value
- Ensure outcomes with sales, marketing, digital-channel, and internal service partners
- Participate in client-facing and external stakeholder activities
- Review and sign off on risk-management, compliance, and audit requirements
- Manage, motivate, develop, and staff product lines and managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of product management experience
- At least 5 years leading teams / prior management experience
- Experience in SaaS POS for retail and restaurants, payments, and fintech technology
- Proven success building and scaling product organizations
- Ability to leverage orchestration development and software delivery
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
- Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if remote work is approved
