About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute LINGA's product vision
Lead PNC LINGA's transformation into an AI-enabled product organization
Own strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management for the LINGA product portfolio
Manage products spanning POS, payments, customer engagement, hardware, data, integrations, and platform services
Sponsor and embed artificial intelligence across LINGA products and workflows
Accelerate product adoption, utilization, customer retention, and merchant lifetime value
Support P&L through product innovation and monetization strategies
Establish LINGA as a competitive AI commerce platform
Improve roadmap predictability, product delivery velocity, software quality, and reliability
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Customer Success
Lead product managers and product delivery functions
Prioritize features, enhancements, technical debt, and compliance requirements
Own software release governance and product lifecycle management
Build a high-performance product organization focused on outcomes
Develop future product leaders and foster accountability, innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Deliver end-to-end business and financial results for multiple product sets
Present initiatives to senior management and secure buy-in
Monitor competitors and emerging product and technology trends
Lead teams translating concepts and designs into new or improved products and experiences
Evaluate product development projects for feasibility and value
Ensure successful outcomes with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and internal service partners
Participate in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle
Review and sign off on risk management, compliance, and audit requirements as needed
Manage, motivate, and develop product lines, managers, and Product Development Management team contributors
Identify talent gaps and staff appropriately

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience
At least 5 years leading teams / prior management experience
Experience in SaaS POS for retail and restaurants, payments, and fintech technology
Proven success building and scaling product organizations
Ability to leverage orchestration development and software delivery
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
Bachelor's degree; comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
