About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions
  • Propose and design software solutions addressing complex business needs
  • Prepare required technical and procedural documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Formal experience working on projects using a methodology such as waterfall or agile
  • Advanced design and programming skills in Informatica PowerCenter 9.6 or above and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
  • Proficiency developing and debugging PL/SQL code
  • Ability to develop SCD mappings with different source formats using necessary transformations
  • Performance tuning of targets, sources, mappings, sessions, and workflows
  • Ability to design HTTP transformations
  • Experience handling ETL code deployments using DevOps tools
  • Hands-on knowledge of UNIX shell scripting and CA7 job scheduler
  • Intermediate-level skills in data analysis and data modeling
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Banking and regulatory reporting experience is a plus
  • Experience with Alteryx is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI is preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge using Teradata is preferred
  • Working knowledge of software design patterns and architecture is preferred
