About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions
- Lead development and implementation of software applications and systems
- Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software architectures
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to software engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required for roles at this level
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's education listed
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Knowledge of application development, business management, customer solutions, design, group problem solving, process improvements, release management, software solutions, and user experience (UX) design
- Competency in application delivery process, application design, architecture, application development tools, application testing, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting
- Must be able to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
