About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound learning and talent development principles
- Provide stakeholder consultation, create and deliver learning and talent development resources, manage projects and programs, measure outcomes, and support related deliverables
- Deliver learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in person and virtually
- Provide stand-up classroom instruction
- Review learning and talent development materials against organizational needs, employee experiences, and program objectives
- Ensure quality, content accuracy, and achievement of intended business outcomes
- Foster relationships among HR, management, business units, external partners, and participants in the learning environment
- Update and analyze program data and make recommendations to management
- Report and analyze learning and talent development metrics across businesses
- Support customer-focused and enterprise risk management objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required, specifically a Bachelor's degree
- Less than 1 year of professional experience typically required and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching, curriculum development, employee development, facilitation, learning and development, learning management, talent development, talent management, and training delivery
- Competencies in accuracy and attention to detail, business acumen, live instruction, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, project management, and training and development
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Birmingham, AL; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; or Miamisburg, OH
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
