About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound principles
  • Provide stakeholder consultation and create and deliver learning and talent development resources
  • Manage projects and programs and measure outcomes
  • Deliver learning and talent development programs to live audiences in person and virtually
  • Provide stand-up classroom instruction
  • Review learning and talent development materials for organizational needs, employee experiences, program objectives, quality, content accuracy, and business outcomes
  • Foster relationships among HR, management, business units, external partners, and participants in the learning environment
  • Update and analyze program data and recommend opportunities to management
  • Provide reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses
  • Apply customer-focused and risk-management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required, specifically a Bachelor's degree
  • Less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching, curriculum development, employee development, facilitation, learning and development, learning management, talent development, talent management, and training delivery
  • Competencies in accuracy and attention to detail, business acumen, live instruction, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, project management, and training and development
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must work in one of the listed locations: Birmingham, Alabama; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Ohio; Downers Grove, Illinois; Denver, Colorado; or Dallas, Texas
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
