About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans
- Ensure compliance with loan documents, accurate transaction processing, and timely stakeholder reporting
- Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply loan terms accurately in servicing activities
- Perform servicing activities in compliance with servicing agreements, loan documentation, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Resolve non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties
- Review and process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements
- Assist with periodic investor, internal, and regulatory reporting
- Perform covenant compliance testing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system
- Support onboarding of new loans and transitions of paid-off or transferred loans
- Support tax and insurance administration
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
- Exercise funds disbursement authority when applicable
- Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality, and contribute to risk mitigation efforts
- Deliver customer-focused solutions and manage risks in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge
- Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Degree or experience in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience with or knowledge of financial analysis
- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Professional business writing and correspondence skills
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of analytical thinking, capital management, compliance requirements, documentation, due diligence, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- No required certifications or licenses
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
