About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the loan process from application to booking as loan coordinator for the private bank team
- Complete highly technical and complex client transactions under limited guidance
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Interpret information for correct coding and compliance with established policies and procedures
- Proactively identify and manage risk
- Involve external and internal counsel and other PNC business units as needed
- Meet with clients and internal and external partners to address and resolve client requests
- Serve as point person for internal partners on middle-office processes for complex client requests
- Work with banking advisors and partner with underwriting, document preparation, booking, and funding teams
- Pursue continuing education to build skills and overall knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree / university or college degree
- Less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Lending experience is ideal
- Knowledge of lending processes is highly preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST)
- Ability to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT support
