Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships
  • Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients
  • Make sales calls
  • Develop and prepare loan solutions
  • Refer products and services
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance
  • Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
  • Assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • History of proven production preferred
  • University / college degree typically required, with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge of banking products, mortgages, mortgage products, and loan origination
  • Client prospecting and customer relationship management
  • Customer solutions and documentations
  • Sales skills and sales tasks and activities
  • Customer experience management
  • Effective communications
  • Financial analysis
  • Matrix management
  • Scheduling work and activities

  • Must meet applicable background-check requirements under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
