About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships
- Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients
- Make sales calls
- Develop and prepare loan solutions
- Refer products and services
- Review documentation to ensure compliance
- Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
- Deliver customer-focused solutions and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Less than 1 year of professional experience typically required and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- Knowledge of banking products, mortgages, and mortgage products
- Client prospecting and customer relationship management
- Customer solutions and documentation
- Sales skills and sales tasks/activities
- Financial analysis and loan origination
- Effective communications
- Scheduling work and activities
- Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- No required certifications
- No required or preferred language assessments
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
- Position subject to Section 19 of the FDIA and, for registered roles, the SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements regarding certain criminal history
