About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities for new and existing clients
  • Grow sales, revenue, and market share against relevant sales goals
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, perform financial analysis for, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk/return and quality for clients
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
  • Provide ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being
  • Drive client engagement and loyalty
  • Generate ideas and best practices within Relationship Management
  • Manage senior internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients and enhance client experience

  • Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and advise with Corporate Banking, Credit Products Group and other internal partners
  • Multinational client experience
  • Experience with Middle Market clients with revenues between $100 million and $1 billion
  • Experience with Corporate Finance clients with revenues in excess of $1 billion
  • Typically requires a university / college degree
  • Typically requires 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Bachelor's degree
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
  • Subject to Section 19 of the FDIA and, for registered roles, the SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements regarding certain criminal history
