Key responsibilities & impact

Service a complex commercial real estate portfolio with active cash management activities
Support critical operational services, processes, capabilities, or initiatives within an operational unit
Ensure performance and risk indicators are met
Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact
Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
Monitor production workflow and assist team members with escalated process issues
Independently identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
Monitor production and process effectiveness and efficiency
Determine and drive production or process change and improvement efforts
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Independently resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required, with a Bachelor's degree listed under Education
2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
Knowledge of complex commercial real estate loan servicing and cash management activities
Ability to comply with servicing agreements, loan documents, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Accuracy and attention to detail
Consulting, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Operational functions and process management knowledge
Problem-solving skills
Standard operating procedures knowledge
