About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and reconcile swap transaction data reported to Swap Data Repositories
- Ensure compliance with applicable CFTC reporting and reconciliation requirements
- Investigate and resolve data exceptions, discrepancies, and reporting issues
- Support portfolio reconciliation activities and data quality controls
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement, automation, and regulatory change initiatives
- Enhance reporting and reconciliation controls, procedures, and operating models
- Support critical operational services, processes, capabilities, or initiatives
- Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact
- Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
- Monitor production workflow and assist with escalated process issues
- Identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
- Monitor production/process effectiveness and efficiency and drive improvements
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of swap transaction reporting and reconciliation
- Knowledge of CFTC regulations, including Parts 43, 45, and 23
- Ability to monitor, validate, and reconcile swap reporting data
- Ability to investigate and resolve data exceptions, discrepancies, and reporting issues
- Ability to support portfolio reconciliation activities and data quality controls
- Ability to collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders
- Ability to support process improvement, automation, system enhancement, and regulatory change initiatives
- Must reside within 60 miles of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
- Must be available for periodic in-person business obligations, including meetings, training, and team events
- PNC will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
