About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support critical operational support services, processes, capabilities, or initiatives within an operational unit
  • Ensure performance and risk indicators are met
  • Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact
  • Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
  • Monitor production workflow and assist team members with escalated process issues
  • Independently identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
  • Monitor production and process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Determine and drive change and improvement efforts in production and processes
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Independently resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities
  • Accurately and timely report and remit funds according to servicing agreements for assigned contracts
  • Mitigate risk by meeting regulatory and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting; equivalent experience in complex financial operations will be considered
  • Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated independent problem solving capability
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring peers, providing guidance on complex reporting and reconciliation issues, and proactively supporting team objectives, operational controls, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
  • No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT
  • Must satisfy applicable FDIA, SAFE Act, and/or FINRA requirements where applicable
