About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a critical operational support service, process, capability, or initiative within an operational unit
- Ensure operational performance and risk indicators are met
- Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact
- Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
- Monitor production workflow and assist team members with escalated process issues
- Independently identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
- Monitor production and/or process effectiveness and efficiency
- Determine and/or drive change and improvement efforts in production and processes
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Independently resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required, with a Bachelor's degree stated under Education
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Knowledge of accountability, customer solutions, compliance, personal initiative, process improvements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of operational functions, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures
- Must comply with PNC's employment visa sponsorship policy; PNC will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
- Subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, for any registered role, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements regarding certain criminal history
