Key responsibilities & impact

Lead critical operational support and/or implementation of complex services, processes, capabilities, or initiatives within an operational unit
Oversee performance and risk indicators
Establish process performance measurements and oversee business impact
Implement critical business support services
Communicate performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
Promote production workflow and oversee escalated process issues
Identify and manage resolution of exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
Coach operations process managers and team members
Drive change and improvement efforts in production and processes
Develop and oversee policy changes and improvements
Build understanding, acceptance, and support for business support services, methods, capabilities, or initiatives through collaboration with executives, business partners, and team members
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities
Support Fulfillment with comprehensive loan documentation support
Ensure new and existing team members understand requirements and expectations
Provide guidance aligned with internal legal resources and support day-to-day inquiries and escalations

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
Strong legal background
Deep expertise in loan documentation
Knowledge of accuracy and attention to detail, business process design, consulting, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, problem solving, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures
Ability to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
No required certifications
