About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the overall product strategy, planning, and execution for Vendor Finance business technology servicing
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage product-development timelines
  • Serve as the primary liaison among technology, business, risk, compliance, and third-party vendors
  • Drive business and financial results for products or experiences using technology, operations, and data analytics
  • Deliver products through applicable customer channels and present initiatives for management buy-in
  • Manage progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals
  • Monitor competitors and peer organizations for product and technology trends
  • Lead teams translating innovative concepts and designs into new or improved products, product lines, or experiences
  • Identify and resolve operational and process problems
  • Evaluate product-development projects for feasibility and value
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and internal service partners
  • Participate in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle
  • Evaluate products for risk-management, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the Product Development Management team and key contributors
  • Manage performance evaluations, identify talent gaps, and staff appropriately
  • Cultivate diverse and inclusive teams, drive change and innovation, deliver results, and develop employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience typically required
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience typically required
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Ability to use emerging technologies, including AI
  • Skills in business objectives, customer solutions, marketing, product development, product management, and sales
  • Competencies in collaborating, competitive environment, design thinking, emerging technologies, innovation, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, product development strategy, and solutions development
  • No required certifications
