About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the overall strategy, planning, and execution of products supporting Vendor Finance
  • Drive business and financial results for products or customer experiences
  • Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage development timelines
  • Lead teams managing new and existing products
  • Deliver products through applicable channels using emerging technology, operations, and data analytics
  • Present initiatives to obtain management buy-in
  • Manage progress to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals
  • Monitor competitors and peer organizations for emerging product and technology trends
  • Translate innovative concepts and designs into new or improved products, product lines, or experiences
  • Resolve operational and process problems
  • Evaluate product development projects for feasibility and value
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, internal service partners, technology, business, risk, compliance, and third-party vendors
  • Participate in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle
  • Evaluate products against risk management, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the Product Development Management team and key contributors
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify talent gaps, and staff appropriately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience typically required
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI
  • Product management and product development knowledge
  • Ability to manage risk, compliance, and audit requirements
  • No required certifications

  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
