About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement onboarding and early-engagement strategies across Retail Lending products
  • Identify customer friction points and solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Define messaging, communication strategy, and early-engagement processes across communication assets
  • Establish best practices and alignment across business lines
  • Leverage emerging communication trends and technology
  • Monitor and evaluate key changes against business OKRs and KPIs
  • Integrate A/B testing, client surveys, and feedback into prioritization decisions
  • Review, analyze, and potentially lead initiatives involving product selection, design, development, and promotion
  • Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes
  • Develop business cases, business plans, and rollouts for less complex products or initiatives
  • Analyze product, technology, market trends, and third-party requirements to design innovative features and enhancements
  • Manage development, production, rollout, pricing, or promotion of products and initiatives
  • Resolve operational and process problems
  • Work with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense
  • Monitor and analyze business results, coordinate reporting, and recommend product or marketing modifications
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results for products and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree, typically a bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of business objectives, customer solutions, marketing, product development, product management, and sales
  • Competency in business acumen, collaboration, decision making and critical thinking, design thinking, effective communications, emerging technologies, innovation, product line knowledge, problem solving, producing results, and solutions development
  • Experience executing timely deliverables while collaborating with multiple partners
  • Ability to influence and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting data to drive change and innovation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • No required certifications or licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
