About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, health, and evolution of assigned debit card servicing journeys
  • Serve as the accountable business owner for assigned journeys
  • Define current-state and aspirational journey visions, including client needs, pain points, moments that matter, colleague experiences, operational dependencies, and business objectives
  • Establish journey strategy, priorities, objectives, success measures, and multi-year evolution roadmaps
  • Continuously assess journey health and identify opportunities to improve client and colleague experience, efficiency, risk outcomes, and business performance
  • Align journey strategies with broader debit card, servicing, digital, and enterprise strategies
  • Own journey-related issues and move them through the appropriate risk and issues process to completion
  • Review, analyze, and potentially lead initiatives involving selection, design, development, and promotion of new or existing products
  • Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes
  • Develop business cases, business plans, and rollouts for less complex products or initiatives across applicable channels
  • Analyze product, technology, market trends, and third-party requirements to design innovative product features and enhancements
  • Manage development, production, rollout, pricing, or promotion of less complex products or initiatives
  • Recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process problems
  • Work with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense
  • Monitor and analyze business results, coordinate reporting, and recommend modifications to improve product results
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results for products and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
