About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision and definition
- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Guide Scrum Team(s) toward priorities based on business value
- Define and communicate the vision to address client requirements and business objectives
- Create, maintain the integrity of, prioritize, and lead grooming of the product backlog
- Partner with Scrum Master(s) to ensure work follows the product backlog
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team questions
- Accept delivery of working products from Scrum Teams
- Review and validate Scrum Team working products
- Communicate iteration business value and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- In lieu of a degree, comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Agile Development, Scrum, Design Thinking, Business Acumen, IT standards, procedures and policies, and solutions development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a matrix environment
- Customer-focused and risk-management capabilities
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
