About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a multi-year ServiceNow transformation program within the Corporate Technology Office
  • Oversee program strategy, execution, governance, and production readiness
  • Manage alignment with business objectives, investment priorities, and delivery commitments
  • Establish and maintain executive reporting, milestone tracking, financial management, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Partner with technology, architecture, engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership teams
  • Develop and execute plans from concept through implementation and production
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams
  • Provide leadership and direction to program managers, project managers, and delivery teams
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and vendor relationships
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve complex delivery, operational readiness, and strategic issues
  • Establish metrics and KPIs for transformation success, adoption, operational effectiveness, and business value realization
  • Advise senior leaders and executives on program health, risks, and strategic recommendations
  • Oversee program managers and ensure execution supports corporate strategy
  • Evaluate program planning, implementation, effectiveness, and enhancements
  • Lead and develop program management teams and build business relationships for seamless delivery
  • Manage overall program budget and report on program performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Program management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation and strategic technology programs
  • Experience leading highly visible, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Strong expertise in program governance, financial management, risk management, dependency management, and executive communications
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across large organizations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, transformations, platform modernization, or enterprise deployment programs preferred
  • Strong technology background with understanding of software delivery, enterprise architecture, platform operations, and production deployment practices
  • Experience managing complex enterprise technology programs in regulated or large corporate environments
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
