Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a cross-functional program/project team to execute organizational programs supporting corporate strategy
  • Lead complex programs/projects requiring planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business
  • Manage general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs
  • Influence project decisions to achieve overall program goals
  • Oversee and report on the program budget
  • Evaluate program implementation and effectiveness
  • Recommend program enhancements based on results
  • Team with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels
  • Focus on customer needs and satisfaction in business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Fraud, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Transaction Onboarding, or Agentics preferred
  • PMP certification and/or SAFE or Agile helpful but not required
  • Banking/Financial Services background preferred
