About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional program/project teams executing organizational programs supporting corporate strategy
  • Lead highest-complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business
  • Manage general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs
  • Influence project decisions to achieve overall program goals
  • Oversee and report on program budgets
  • Evaluate program implementation and effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on results
  • Mentor other program managers
  • Partner with service leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels
  • Coordinate Treasury Management teams including Product, Strategy, Development, Operations, and Risk
  • Support strategic plan delivery, quarterly business reviews, financial management including revenue and expense forecasting, and go-to-market materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities
  • Ability to quickly adjust to and lead change
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
