About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide programs consolidating capabilities into centralized, enterprise-owned solutions and utilities
  • Design and implement enterprise operating models standardizing processes, tools, technologies, and capabilities
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategies transforming fragmented capabilities into scalable enterprise-wide solutions
  • Partner with senior leaders across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions
  • Establish enterprise communication strategies supporting stakeholder alignment, transparency, organizational readiness, and executive engagement
  • Provide strategic recommendations, executive-level reporting, and program updates to senior leadership and operating committees
  • Lead program governance covering risk management, dependency management, issue resolution, and performance measurement
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enterprise capability development and utility adoption
  • Drive organizational change management activities supporting implementation and adoption
  • Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, risk, and operations teams
  • Champion Agile delivery practices while aligning with enterprise governance and control requirements
  • Refine program frameworks, operating models, and messaging
  • Mentor junior program managers and project teams
  • Lead cross-functional program/project teams executing programs supporting corporate strategy
  • Manage general and detailed planning stages and influence project decisions
  • Oversee and report on program budgets
  • Evaluate program implementation and effectiveness and recommend enhancements
  • Team with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery across multiple distribution channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Program management, strategic transformation, or enterprise change management experience, preferably within financial services or another highly regulated industry
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with significant organizational impact
  • Extensive experience driving capability consolidation, operating model transformation, shared services initiatives, or enterprise utility development
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs spanning business, technology, risk, and operations organizations
  • Strong expertise in enterprise communications, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives and enterprise-level decision makers
  • Knowledge of Risk Management, Corporate Functions, Enterprise Technology, or related domains
  • Advanced experience managing program governance, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and strategic planning activities
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience utilizing Jira and related delivery tools
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operating model design, and large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • University/college degree, with a Bachelor's education listed
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
