About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects
  • Manage project lifecycle from scope definition through implementation and closure
  • Provide financial management, budget planning, forecasting, expense tracking, and resource optimization
  • Monitor compliance with project and change management policies, governance standards, risk controls, and documentation requirements
  • Lead medium to large-scale projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and deliverables
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, leadership, and project teams
  • Monitor project performance and provide status updates, metrics, and executive reporting
  • Align project scope, objectives, and deliverables with business needs
  • Support change management and adoption efforts
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Manage projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment
  • Develop project strategy, processes, resource allocation, budgets, guidelines, and team support
  • Acquire resources, assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution
  • Coach and mentor project team members
  • Track and report progress, analyze results, define project products, and forecast trends
  • Manage scope changes, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans, and recommend improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Bachelor’s education listed
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must be willing to work in an in-office environment
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
