About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, cross-functional Enterprise Information Security projects and strategic initiatives
  • Manage projects from original concept through implementation and post-project assessment
  • Develop project strategies, plans, timelines, resource allocations, budgets, guidelines, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, expenses, and financial performance
  • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential crises
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices
  • Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams
  • Track and report progress, analyze results, define project products, and forecast future trends
  • Develop financial forecasts, reports, and budget analyses
  • Direct project execution, assign tasks, and control activities
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members
  • Present project data, financial analysis, and recommendations to leadership
  • Maintain communications with governing bodies, stakeholders, and interested parties
  • Develop and execute communication plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience supporting data-centric or technology-related initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
