About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Outreach, and Onboarding technologies, applications, or processes
- Support business implementation of new technologies, releases, and change management with business owners
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to prioritize changes and enhancements within assigned projects
- Participate in demand management, defect ticketing, and prioritization for small work efforts
- Support development of business requirements and coordinate and execute testing activities
- Collaborate on and execute change communications and training for impacted stakeholders
- Create and manage project plans for strategic initiatives supporting Talent Acquisition and Outreach priorities
- Produce and share meaningful progress updates with key stakeholders
- Establish and manage relationships with recruiting managers, HRIS, technology partners, recruiting operations, the HR Project Management Office, Supply Chain Management, and third-party account managers
- Participate in procurement, due diligence, and risk management processes for assigned technologies and processes
- Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate to the role
- Skills in due diligence, human resources, leadership, onboarding, process improvements, project management, recruiting, stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, and talent acquisition
- Competencies in external resource management, HR planning and development, innovation, organizational change management, tactical and strategic planning, problem solving, project management, relationship management, strategic thinking, talent management, and testing
- No required certifications
