About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage relationships with new and existing business-banking clients in a book of business
  • Grow sales, revenue, and market share while meeting relevant sales goals
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk and return and maintain quality for new and existing clients
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
