About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients within a book of business
  • Grow sales, revenue, and market share against relevant sales goals
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk/return and identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
  • Provide client ideas and insights based on financial needs and well-being
  • Increase client engagement and loyalty
  • Build internal and external networks to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Present PNC’s full range of products and services to clients
  • Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
  • Work with higher levels of supervision and direction appropriate to the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk
  • Skills in financial analysis, credit processes, credit products, and portfolio management
  • Client relationship building and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and manage a book of business
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
  • Subject to FDIA Section 19 requirements and, for registered roles, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
