About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients in a book of business
  • Grow sales, revenue, and market share while meeting relevant sales goals
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
  • Provide ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being
  • Increase client engagement and loyalty
  • Build and manage internal and external relationships, including community and industry relationships
  • Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Present PNC's full range of products and services
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Bachelor's degree listed under Education
  • Knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests
  • Skills in book of business, client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, and identifying sales opportunities
  • Competencies in business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, prospecting, selling, and tech savvy
  • No required certifications or licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position
  • Subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, for registered roles, the SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements regarding certain criminal history
