About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Sales Enablement programs and campaigns supporting PNC Private Bank and enterprise initiatives
  • Coordinate local and national sales events, forums, and webinars to drive advisor activation and follow-up
  • Translate market intelligence into action by organizing leads, prioritizing opportunities, and delivering content and messaging
  • Communicate strategy, educate advisors on new initiatives, and drive consistent sales-force execution across markets
  • Serve as an expert and ambassador for sales technology and data, supporting adoption of EDGE, Microsoft Copilot, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo, and the Advisor Portal
  • Provide execution guidance, training, and coaching to sales force and product support personnel
  • Monitor and communicate factors affecting business objectives and advise management
  • Develop tactics and resources through observation and coaching to execute strategic priorities
  • Implement revenue-growth initiatives involving acquisition, growth, retention, and cross-channel experiences
  • Consult with stakeholders to improve sales and customer experience outcomes
  • Resolve complex product and service inquiries and issues
  • Support sales-force goal setting and related initiatives
  • Collaborate with management on change management across the organization and at the individual level
  • Serve as a subject matter resource and advocate for the business segment, specialty segment, or channel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge of account management, competitive strategies, customer experience, negotiation, operations management, and strategic planning
  • Competencies in collaborating, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, influencing, knowledge of sales channels, planning and organizing, products and services, program management, sales function, and strategic sales planning
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
