About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of team members engaged in customer and prospect management

  • Plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes
  • Connect strategy to day-to-day activities and update the team regularly
  • Coach team members on analyzing, evaluating, and mitigating credit risk and leading others on credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required; Education listed as Bachelors
  • Industry experience typically 8+ years
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities in Account Management, Client Prospecting, Competitive Advantages, Customer Relationships, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Negotiation, and Results-Oriented performance
  • Competencies in Conflict Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management, Sales Negotiating, and Selling

  • Must be based in Arizona or Colorado
