About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party provider communications, meetings, and relationship management
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and third-party enablement partners to execute supplier enablement strategies
- Act as internal subject matter expert and advocate for third-party provider programs and partnerships
- Maintain provider network inventories and manage supplier matching processes
- Manage supplier file submissions and timely supplier data delivery for campaigns
- Coordinate supplier enablement initiatives targeting high-value suppliers with Visa, Boost, and other partners
- Partner with Account Managers and Client Solution Officers on supplier onboarding, activation, and payment acceptance growth
- Support supplier retention and manage supplier opt-out requests
- Consolidate, analyze, and distribute weekly campaign status reports and performance metrics
- Evaluate campaigns to identify trends, performance gaps, and engagement opportunities
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements to supplier adoption, activation, and spend
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and process tracking for program management and executive visibility
- Identify opportunities to increase supplier participation and partnership value
- Support pricing discussions, vendor evaluations, and business case analysis
- Collaborate on strategies to improve supplier acceptance, payment volume, and operational efficiency
- Assist with new enablement technologies, supplier engagement strategies, and process improvements
- Serve as client point of contact and maintain long-term client relationships
- Monitor client contracts, participate in negotiations, and manage contract processes
- Identify servicing opportunities and recommend appropriate products, services, and rates
- Serve as escalation point and training resource for junior staff
- Analyze and document client requirements and track key account metrics
- Manage implementation and production issues and resolve high-severity requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial card, treasury management, accounts payable automation, supplier enablement, vendor management, or payment solutions
- Knowledge of supplier enablement programs, virtual card solutions, and third-party payment networks
- Strong project coordination and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, supplier data, and operational metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on measurable business outcomes
- University/college degree, typically a bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

- Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
