About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net-worth clients
  • Leverage internal and external networks to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners, clients, and centers of influence
  • Make day-to-day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit banking products and services
  • Manage and monitor a book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention, and sales revenue expansion
  • Analyze, evaluate, structure, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members
  • Ensure compliance with current banking policies and regulations
  • Manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge of credit and cash management solutions
  • Expertise in financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services
  • Advanced ability to analyze, evaluate, structure, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests
  • Knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Decision-making and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and services and selling processes
  • Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
