About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support fraud prevention and early warning programs through business analysis and vendor partnership activities
- Gather requirements and document user stories
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to support process improvements and project delivery
- Ensure strong controls, audit readiness, and compliance through detailed analysis of business processes and customer account impacts
- Research, discover, collect, and interpret business requirements
- Participate in developing and reviewing processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
- Consult with clients on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis to support project management
- Develop and maintain applicable policy and procedure documentation
- Independently obtain and identify business requirements to carry out and improve business processes
- Provide expertise and problem-solving support to clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process
- Partner with experts and business stakeholders to translate business needs, processes, and procedures into articulated requirements
- Communicate moderately complex business requirements to stakeholders and technology teams
- Provide gap analysis and facilitate future business process modeling for clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology, business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, and Waterfall Model
- Analytical thinking, business assessment, consulting, effectiveness measurement, information capture, data/process/events/objects modeling, problem solving, process management, project management, requirements analysis, and software product business knowledge
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
