About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, discover, collect, and interpret business requirements
- Participate in developing and reviewing processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
- Consult with clients on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis to support project management
- Develop and maintain applicable policy and procedure documentation
- Independently obtain and identify business requirements needed to carry out and improve business processes
- Provide expertise and problem-solving support to clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process
- Partner with experts and business stakeholders to translate business needs, processes, and procedures
- Communicate moderately complex business requirements to stakeholders and technology teams
- Provide gap analysis and facilitate future business process modeling for clients
- Occasionally provide off-shift night and weekend support
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
