Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
Facilitate communication across business and technology teams
Support project planning, implementation, testing, and post-production activities
Monitor and evaluate business solutions for alignment with organizational objectives
Manage multiple priorities, project deadlines, and business commitments
Independently own assigned projects and deliverables
Research, discover, collect, and interpret business requirements
Develop and review processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
Consult clients on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis
Develop and maintain policy and procedure documentation
Provide expertise and problem-solving throughout the business analysis process
Perform gap analysis and facilitate future business process modeling

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience in lieu of a degree
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and collaboration across all organizational levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Ability to understand business needs quickly and drive projects forward with minimal direction
Experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working within Agile environments
Familiarity with Jira
Experience with Edge Sales and Service
Experience using Service Browser
Experience with CRISS
