About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leverage complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise across multiple functions or business units
  • Create data-driven solutions using analytics processes, tools, and applications
  • Consult with clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development
  • Determine optimal analytic approaches and support development, implementation, and enhancements
  • Conceptualize, develop, and continuously optimize analytical solutions for business leadership
  • Analyze results and make recommendations to key business partners and senior management
  • Communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences
  • Develop strategic reporting, analytics, and data solutions supporting Commercial Lending Operations, AMG, and Midland Servicing
  • Build automated insights, end-to-end process views, risk-mitigating automations, capacity metrics, and data capture solutions
  • Support technology enhancements and minimize manual tracking to improve operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Required SQL experience
  • Required Tableau experience
  • Working knowledge of Power Apps, including Power BI, beneficial
  • Knowledge and skills in analytical thinking, business intelligence, concept development, data-driven decision-making, data integration, market research, performance metrics, qualitative research, and strategic planning
  • Competencies in business acumen, business analytics, consulting, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, and emerging technologies
  • No required certifications
