About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions
- Grow sales, revenue, and market share against relevant sales goals
- Work with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity
- Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
- Originate, perform financial analysis for, negotiate, and document non-credit products and services
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients
- Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks
- Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ needs and financial well-being
- Increase client engagement and loyalty
- Build and manage internal and external relationships, including community and industry relationships
- Present PNC’s full range of products and services to clients
- Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal partners and subject matter experts throughout the sales cycle
- Build long-term client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Experience selling or consulting on employer-sponsored benefit solutions
- Experience with Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) products
- Experience with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
- Experience with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Experience with Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs)
- Experience with COBRA or benefits administration solutions
- Experience with employee benefits technology platforms
- Experience with financial wellness programs
- Experience with payroll, HRIS, or workforce solutions
- Experience selling to Human Resources leaders, Benefits leaders, Total Rewards professionals, benefits consultants and brokers, payroll decision-makers, or finance leaders
- Direct CDH, HSA, FSA, HRA, employee benefits, benefits administration, or financial wellness sales experience strongly preferred
- No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
- Candidates must satisfy applicable Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements and, for registered roles, applicable SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
