About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships
  • Serve as a customer solutions resource

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Knowledge of customer-focused values and practices
  • Ability to assess and effectively manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer support policies, standards, and procedures
