About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute conference and event planning tasks, including business-partner outreach, venue and resource coordination, giveaway sourcing, and post-event debrief meetings
  • Coordinate event scheduling details, speaker availability, presentation materials, and updates with internal and external business partners
  • Assist with team mailbox management, including email triage and disposition
  • Ensure collateral is current, accessible, and aligned across profiles
  • Manage collateral expirations and required reviews
  • Assist with collateral submissions for legal and compliance approval and coordinate approval routings
  • Maintain and update materials across shared drives and the Seismic content management platform
  • Edit, format, and maintain photos in Photoshop
  • Support development, review, and distribution of communications
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Help design, develop, produce, and consult on internal and external communications
  • Support communications planning, research, and development
  • Help ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment of communications
  • Collect and synthesize data to identify trends and tactical implications
  • Participate on cross-functional teams, influence outcomes, and evaluate success
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • General knowledge of graphics/photo-editing software preferred
  • Seismic and Photoshop experience preferred
  • No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
  • Must satisfy applicable Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements and, for registered roles, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
