About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and organize platform data for reporting and analysis of usage, adoption, capacity, performance, and key trends
- Develop reporting and analytics for platform management and business decision-making
- Analyze platform data to identify usage patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams
- Provide onboarding, training, and user support for enterprise analytics and data platforms
- Communicate platform performance, governance updates, process changes, status, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Promote compliance with data governance, risk management, and operational control requirements
- Manage and develop information systems for clients
- Conduct data information analysis for various studies under organizational standards
- Advise end-users on data manipulation, support systems, and statistical analysis
- Select new information sources and acquire, catalog, and index materials
- Implement and support technologies for managing and utilizing multiple information sources
- Research customer needs and conduct awareness and promotional sessions for potential customers
- Assess and manage risks in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree, typically a Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of Hadoop/HDFS
- SQL
- Python
- Apache Spark
- Azure
- AWS
- SAS
- Tableau / Power BI
- Experience with data visualization and other exploratory data analysis tools is a plus
- No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
