About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution of objective testing procedures supporting PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework
  • Plan testing and reviews by determining scope, objectives, rationale, procedures, samples, sample sizes, and testing strategies
  • Perform testing and reviews according to testing plans
  • Evaluate controls and identify risks appropriately
  • Revise review programs as needed to accomplish objectives
  • Conduct and manage documentation of the review process
  • Prepare working papers and ensure documentation supports testing conclusions
  • Document process flows and describe major processes within reviewed areas
  • Analyze testing and review results and exceptions
  • Recommend enhancements to internal controls and operational efficiency
  • Ensure testing is accurate, complete, and compliant with standards and protocols
  • Provide consulting services to clients on risk and control issues
  • Assist clients with implementation of new or improved systems, products, services, and controls
  • Interface with external auditors and bank regulators as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Knowledge of compliance reporting, customer risk, regulatory requirements, risk assessments, and risk control
  • Competencies in accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, audit and compliance function, auditing, data gathering and reporting, internal controls, problem solving, and quality management
  • Bachelor's education listed
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must be able to work in one of the specified hub locations
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
