About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement complex new products and services for clients
Analyze requirements and gather deliverables for implementations
Manage ongoing client relationships and maintain client-specific operating procedures
Provide sales or consultative support to prospects or clients in select deals
Establish or update client-specific product information using sales data
Coordinate and produce data for pre-implementation validation
Coordinate implementation work performed by other staff when needed
Analyze, assess, and document client requirements while following established processes and procedures
Advise staff on implementation operating procedures
Develop and maintain training materials and online demonstrations for product implementations
Provide end-user customer training
Serve as an escalation point and independently resolve implementation challenges
Identify and develop necessary solutions
Ensure positive ongoing client experiences
Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously and report progress against service-level performance
Facilitate and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings for implementation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Technically curious, self-driven problem solver
Experience researching transactions, analyzing software logs, reviewing XML/JSON data, working with APIs and integrations, and diagnosing issues across software, devices, and payment processing environments
Experience with Kibana or similar logging platforms, SFTP processes, networking, recurring job scheduling, payment devices, and payment processing ecosystems highly valued
Working knowledge of payment processors and industry partners including Fiserv, TeleCheck, Synchrony, UTA, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Wells Fargo, Chase, PNC, and KeyBank
Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum environments, ticketing systems, and software implementation processes
Excellent communication skills, ownership, initiative, and ability to work in customer-facing environments
No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
