About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement complex new products and services for clients
  • Analyze requirements and gather deliverables to complete implementations
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and maintain client-specific operating procedures
  • Provide sales or consultative support to prospects or clients in select deals
  • Establish or update client-specific information using sales and sales support data
  • Coordinate and produce data for pre-implementation validation
  • Coordinate implementation work performed by other staff
  • Analyze, assess, and document client requirements while following established processes and procedures
  • Advise staff on implementation operating procedures
  • Develop and maintain training materials and online demonstrations for product implementations
  • Provide end-user customer training
  • Serve as an escalation point and independently resolve implementation issues
  • Identify and develop necessary solutions
  • Ensure positive ongoing client experiences
  • Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously
  • Report progress relative to service-level performance
  • Facilitate and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings for implementation projects
  • Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Technical aptitude and experience with software implementations, technical consulting, troubleshooting, configuration management, and complex integrations
  • Ability to research transactions and analyze software logs
  • Experience reviewing XML/JSON data
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations
  • Ability to diagnose issues across software, devices, and payment processing environments
  • Experience with Kibana or similar logging platforms highly valued
  • Experience with SFTP processes, networking, and recurring job scheduling highly valued
  • Experience with payment devices such as Ingenico, PAX, and CX30 highly valued
  • Working knowledge of payment processors and industry partners including Fiserv, TeleCheck, Synchrony, UTA, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Wells Fargo, Chase, PNC, and KeyBank
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum environments, ticketing systems, and established software implementation processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
  • Candidates must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
