Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and execute non-annual incentive compensation under minimal supervision
  • Handle day-to-day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree listed under Education
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about data
  • Knowledge of compensation administration, data analysis, database management, documentation, human resources policies, incentive programs, internal controls, payroll processing, process improvements, and stakeholder management
  • Competencies in business analytics, business acumen, effective communications, incentive programs, problem solving, project management, and accuracy
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
  • No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments
