Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple learning projects, course updates, assignments, and related activities from planning through implementation
Develop project plans, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholder work, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Support project management and learning operations for Compliance learning initiatives
Partner with teammates, business partners, and senior leaders
Validate requirements, identify discrepancies, and ensure operational accuracy through Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Adapt to changing business, Compliance, and regulatory priorities
Partner and support key initiatives through tasks, projects, and assignments for learning and talent development programs
Support learning and talent programs, processes, and policies aligned with HR strategies and business outcomes
Design, develop, and deliver learning and talent development programs to live audiences in person and virtually
Provide stand-up classroom instruction to employees, managers, and senior leaders across the enterprise
Monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness
Develop strategic relationships with internal and external partners
Apply current trends, improve tools, and foster a growth mindset to drive innovation
Manage customer-focused and risk-managed business activities within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of relevant professional experience typically required
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple concurrent projects, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently
Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate professionally with audiences including senior leadership
Ability to coordinate and assign work across a team and drive accountability for deliverables
Experience identifying and proactively managing project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks
Experience performing Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities and maintaining process and procedure documentation
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience with Workday Learning or a comparable Learning Management System, including administration, configuration, assignment management, reporting, and troubleshooting
Risk and/or Compliance experience, preferably within financial services
Familiarity with Power BI dashboards, reporting, and data analysis
Experience with emerging technologies and understanding of their business, operational, and risk implications
AI literacy and demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for work quality, efficiency, process automation, data analysis, and decision-making
Ability to evaluate, adopt, and implement new technologies
Experience identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, or enhance processes through technology-enabled solutions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Must work in one of the specified locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Birmingham, AL; or Dallas, TX
