About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all aspects of the Loan Administration team, including Servicing, Investor Reporting, and Insurance
- Support cash movement processing, reserve administration, system data maintenance, billing, and reporting
- Focus on data quality control and process improvement using Excel and AI productivity tools
- Execute varied and complex transactions and processes using standard procedures
- Process and reconcile transactions according to established policies and procedures
- Partner with internal and external business partners to route communications, documents, and action items
- Identify and resolve exceptions and escalate appropriately
- Interact with customers and manage assigned accounts or portfolios
- Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
- Assist with training and coaching new hires
- Serve as a subject matter resource for the team
- Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests
- Research workflows and work received and provide feedback
- Review transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service levels and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- Typically less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- Knowledge of analytical thinking, capital management, compliance requirements, documentation, due diligence, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Decision making and critical thinking

- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of operational functions, problem management processes, products and services, and standard operating procedures
