About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform previous-day reconciliations
- Conduct overnight investing
- Process wire and ACH disbursement transactions
- Prepare audit reporting
- Provide management with statistics on transaction volume and bank account balances
- Service a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans
- Ensure compliance with loan documents, servicing agreements, internal policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
- Process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements
- Resolve non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties
- Prepare periodic investor, internal, and regulatory reports
- Perform covenant compliance testing
- Maintain accurate loan servicing records in the servicing system
- Support onboarding of new loans and transitions of paid-off or transferred loans
- Support tax and insurance administration
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
- Exercise funds disbursement authority when applicable
- Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality, and mitigate risk
- Serve as a subject matter resource and provide specialty product training when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- Typically less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex loan agreements
- Knowledge of loan documentation, compliance requirements, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Analytical thinking and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Effective communication, customer interaction, decision making, critical thinking, negotiation, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
- Subject to FDIA Section 19 requirements and, for registered roles, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
